For the days you don’t feel like it 

Whatever it is you want to achieve in yourself and out of life, it’s going to take consistency and discipline. Because trust me, you are not always going to feel motivated. It is on those tough days where you need to train your mind to speak with the positive encouragement to move you forward and make it happen. You will be so happy you did when you start to see the small changes and the fruit of your labor. Don’t cheat yourself.

What do you say to yourself to help you push forward? These are some of my favorites 

  • I can and I will 
  • How will you feel later if you don’t do this for yourself now?
  • I shall do my best 
  • Here I am and nothing is going to stop me
