I really, really like my Professor from my Aging & Sociology course. Today we found out she’s Greek and very funny. She’s one of those instructors where you don’t even glance at the clock to see how much time is left. She reminds me of the kind of person you’d love to have as an aunt. Actually the cool thing is I’m finding all my classes are enjoyable. Although I’m a little baffled by my Problems in International Social Conflict class. I feel like right now I’m getting more of a history lesson, but I know this is relevant in order to understand how these international social conflicts came to be.
I don’t know what the deal has been lately, maybe the weather and the change in routine that my body is adjusting to, but on Monday and today I started to get a really bad headache while at school. Today was one of those where it gets so bad you feel nauseous, but thank goodness I didn’t get sick. When my last class ended all I wanted to do was get home and much to my dismay it took me fifteen minutes just to get out of the parking structure. Who knew you could get lost in a parking structure? I felt like I was just going around in circles and then to top it off I’m somehow exiting off the complete opposite end of where I need to be in order to leave campus. It’s been driving me a little batty these two days. I’ll figure it out soon enough.
Well today’s thoughts are pretty random but thought I’d share them anyway. Some days are better than others. Tonight my goal will be to get a good night’s sleep because I’m starting to notice these dark cirlces under my eyes and I need the rest. I can’t wait to enjoy the quiet of the night.
Also, my awesome thing today: Watching episodes of The Office with my husband
Until tomorrow…have a good night!
