This morning I got another great workout in. My husband suggested that we go workout together, so after he took Biggie for his walk, we put Celeste in her stroller and then headed to a nearby park.
While I started my run, my husband took the baby to a spot in the park and started on his circuit training. I have to admit, after doing my first two runs at 5:40am without anyone else around, it was definitely a different sensation to be running at 9:15am. It was a little bit warmer and for a second my little doubtful voice was trying to make her way to the front of my mind, but I pushed her back and instead began to enjoy the new feelings and surroundings.
At the end of my workout my Endomondo App told me that I had completed 2.36 miles in 30:09, I felt so victorious!
Once I had cooled down I decided to check out the workout machines that they have at this little park since my husband was still doing his routine, and tried out two of their machines for my arms. I was even daring enough to try out an exercise that my husband was doing with his workout bands. And since I was on a roll, why not finish off with some lunges too! Here’s a few pics.

By the time we made it home, Celeste was fast asleep and after I transitioned her to her crib, I walked out into the living room and literally plopped onto the floor. Which was kind of funny because at that same moment my husband was in the kitchen with his back to me suggesting that we have a relaxing lay out moment and when he turns to see me, I’m cracking up because I’m already out on the floor!
Needless to say right now my legs are so incredibly “oh my gosh” sore and I can only imagine what they’re going to feel like tomorrow. I feel like at any moment they’re going to buckle from underneath me. Despite that though I feel so proud of myself and so exhilarated and happy!
Wow, that’s alot of exercise early on a weekend morning. Good for you!

I have never been great about exercise. This year I have gotten into a good routine. Sept. was bad for many reasons but I am getting back into it. Anyway, it feels good to do so.
