…Singing my daughter her bedtime song as she rests her head on my left shoulder, then suddenly she lifts herself up just inches from my face and begins to softly “brush” my hair and then tenderly place her hands on my cheeks, then going back to leaning her head on my shoulder.
Thank you Lord for all the blessings!
What a blessing!! Last night we were late getting to bed due to all of the homework, and as I was walking to do the last check of the doors, Mr. T was like “wait, stop walking – stop walking!!” And I turned around and he had his arms out for a hug. A good night hug is one of the best things in the world! Even if I only come up to his shoulders now!

Me too! I was so happy to see you write about your moment and had to share mine- it never gets old to feel your kid in your arms!
